For over 30 years Tim has guided an elite clientele with their real estate consulting and brokerage decisions.

After co-founding a land use consulting company that optimized some of the largest real estate portfolios in the Bay Area, Tim worked thru the strategic process of entitling sites for their highest use, with a spectrum of clients that ranged from Santa Clara County, School Districts and corporations, to families with real estate and business holdings.

As CEO/Executive Director, along with the board of directors, Tim transformed a struggling non-profit affordable housing development company into a thriving and innovative producer of over a thousand apartment units, setting it on its course as a nationally-acclaimed company and the first affordable housing developer in California committed to 100% LEED-certified developments.

Other work has included:

  • in-house transit agency land portfolio lead, converting dozens of sites from strictly public land use to high density office and residential, unlocking close to a billion dollars in value for one of the largest transit agencies in California

  • acquisition consultant and broker for affordable rental, ownership, and senior housing, self-storage, mixed-use and transit-village development, pioneering new markets to establish regional offices

  • member and co-chair of Silicon Valley’s founding housing advocacy group, helping lead over a hundred disparate corporate and private members to win approval of thousands of well built, work-force-affordable, transit-oriented residential developments

  • long-term strategy, board, master plan, and funding development consulting for affordable housing development companies
